Are you currently accepting grant applications?
Not at this time. The FY23 Notice of Funding Announcement (NOFO) will likely be released winter or spring 2023. Meanwhile, use the FY22 application guidelines to help prepare your organization. At a minimum, we recommend you obtain your Unique Identifier Number (UIN) and complete a Vulnerability/Risk Assessment. If you would like to learn more, click on the button below.
Notice: Applicants from the Kansas City Metro Area Counties (Johnson, Wyandotte, and Leavenworth) may be required to apply for FY23 NSGP grants through the state of Missouri, if Kansas City is once again a part of the Urban Security Initiative. Learn more on the Missouri Homeland Security Grants website. Kansas City Urban Area Counties are still welcome to use the materials on this site as a reference and to attend any Technical Development Webinars. Johnson, Wyandotte, and Leavenworth County awardees prior to FY22 will continue to be managed through the Kansas program.
